Course Description	Scouts will complete their Archaeology merit badge through activities and work that they complete before arriving at the Iron Hill Science Center. A professional archeologist will be present to talk about the work archaeologists do.
Who can participate?	Current members of the Boy Scouts of America.Registration limited to 12 scouts.
Dates & Location	Saturday, March 30, 2024 12:30pm to 4:30pm Iron Hill Science Center 1115 Robert Melson Lane Newark, DE 19702
Cost	Program fee of $12.00 per scout - non-refundable
Helpful Preparation	Scouts should bring blue card signed by their scoutmaster. Scouts should bring a printed copy of the Archaeology Workbook - January 2021 edition. Prerequiste: #7a or #7b.

Online Registration	Registration Closed
Arrival	Plan to arrive 10 minutes early, late arrivals disrupt the workshop.
Attire	Indoors and Outdoors. Wear casual clothes that are suitable for hiking. Also, water bottles and snacks are permitted. Insect repellant if desired.
Parents and Siblings	Parents are welcome; however, because of limited Archaeology space, other children cannot be accommodated.
Weather	Will be held rain or shine.
